Neema Kambona

Neema Kambona has worked in the arts and communications sectors, as a writer, journalist and filmmaker in both the UK and Tanzania. Recently, she gained experience in the charity sector, working at Barnardo’s and Diversity House on projects to empower women and girls. She was the project officer on the heritage project ‘Breaking the Myth’ at Diversity House. The project raised awareness of the contributions of Africans during the First World War.

Neema is pleased to be working at IROKO Theatre Company on the National Lottery Heritage Fund supported project, ‘Home from Home,’ celebrating British Nigerian Heritage.
