In early 2023 Compost London CIC was commissioned by IROKO to support the evaluation of our Home from Home project. Working alongside Compost, we co-designed a logic model, evaluation framework and suite of tools. These measures were put in place near the start of the project with feedback collected by our project team.
Compost London CIC collated and analysed the evaluative evidence and matched it against the project plans and intended outcomes for this end of project evaluation report. The report is based on a range of qualitative data described in the report. It also includes quantitative data captured through IROKO’s monitoring systems.
Additionally, Ronke Lawal of Ariatu PR, who was the Home from Home Marketing and Communications Consultant, has also provided an insightful final overview of the project.
