Dr. Charles Omorodion is a Senior Lecturer at Aden University and London South Bank University where he teaches leadership management and business-related subjects. He is an Accountant by profession, and also a Chartered Marketer.
Dr. Omorodion came to UK about 34 years ago and leads a number of community organisations within the Nigeria community in the UK and particularly within the Edo state community, where he served as President of Benin Union, President of Edo National Association, and a raft of other organizations.
In this interview, Dr. Charles Omorodion talks about developing business or corporate turnaround programme for Nigerian universities. He also talks about his work developing strategic leadership programme with a particular university in Nigeria. Dr. Omorodion feels that his legacy would have been accomplished if he’s able to pull these programmes off.
