Seraphina Lewis is a woman whose journey through education and child development has left an indelible mark on countless young lives. Alongside her mother, Elizabeth Saibu, she founded a childcare company, Bright Futures in 2003 that has since become a beacon of excellence in the field.
Initially Seraphina was interested in the world of computers and studied Computer Science at university but her passion to help shape the futures of children, proved irresistible. The aim of Bright Futures was to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. The company launched its first out-of-school club in London and provided a safe and nurturing environment for children outside of school hours. Over the years, Seraphina expanded the business, opening a chain of nurseries and out-of-school provisions. This initial success marked the beginning of a legacy that would grow for over two decades.
